Another vegan kitchen essential. Soy Sauce (shoyu) is a soy and wheat based dark sauce that is very common in Asian cuisine. Add shoyu into any dish for an immediate saltiness and umami boost. 

Aside from the fact that Nature's Glory Shoyu tastes so much better than commercial grade soy sauce, we use Nature's Glory Shoyu because:

1. Ingredients are organically certified whole ingredients which are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers and not genetically modified. Commercial shoyu usually use broken beans and husks which are less nutritious. 
2. Uses sea-salt which contains minerals like potassium, magnesium, calcium. 3. No preservatives and additives. 
4. Fermented traditionally using spring water and aged for 18 months in wooden kegs. This process completely breaks down the soy proteins  to release a wealth of amino acids, phytonutrients and minerals for easy absorption.
5. Independently and locally tested to be free from cancer causing substances like 3-MCPD.
