This gold award winning, white chocolate has a perfect balance of Ethiopian coffee, redskin peanuts, whole pod Madagascan vanilla and a dash of pink salt. The directly traded, organic coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in the Yirgacheffe wetlands in Ethiopia, the birthplace of Arabica coffee. Smoothly ground together, the ingredients work harmoniously together.
